I am so sorry to have once again abandoned my blog; I have been forced to put Windows back on my computer and have spent far too long trying to get it to work and for Ubuntu to recognize it and allow me to boot into it. In the end I gave up on Gnome and went for KDE, or Kubuntu. I am now home at last, and happy as a clam.
I have been busy baking biscuits in my quest to find a nice home-baked Christmas present. I'm still looking. I also made caramelised orange cake and classic spaghetti and meatballs, and one that I forgot to photograph was sticky stem ginger cake. All were delicious!
I have also had a birthday since my last post and received some wonderful gifts. Among them were The Fry Chronicles by Stephen Fry, a craft drawer unit and Creepy Cute Crochet by Christen Haden. I am still working on my own Crobot designs, so have only had time to make one (Devil) from this book. I am, as the book suggests, making my own eyes and embellishments from polymer clay and having great fun!
I'm sorry this can't be a longer post, but I really do have to get back to the Christmas presents - they won't make themselves you know! If you would like to know more about what I have been up to since November 12th, click on over to Wordpress and read about it there. I don't like to repeat myself and my creative writing juices are drying up now - sorry!
